Information for Presenters

Posters are displayed from Tuesday noon to evening (Part 1) and from Wednesday noon to evening (Part 2), in the “Main Hall”. The poster numbers are listed in the program book. The authors are requested to be present at their posters during the poster sessions. Materials for poster mounting (pins or tape) are available in the Main Hall. The preferable poster size is A0 in portrait format (i.e. width 84.1 cm x height 118.4 cm).

Oral presentations

All oral contributions should be prepared and presented with MS Power Point. The presentation files should preferably be uploaded to the computers in the corresponding lecture rooms in the morning of the same day the presentation is given, and latest during the coffee or lunch break before the sessions starts. Assistance will be available for uploading the presentations to the computers.If you bring your own computer, please check the connection with the projector well before your presentation time.

The length of the lectures and oral presentations are as follows:

Keynote lecture: 60 min (including 10 minutes for questions)

Plenary lecture: 40 min (including 5-10 minutes for questions)

Invited lecture: 20 min (including 3-5 minutes for questions)

Oral presentations: 15 min (including 3-5 minutes for questions)
